Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
Items must be in the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included
You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Items returned after 14 days of delivery are not eligible for a refund
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, size, or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
